Overview of Gales-Kingscliff

Gales-Kingscliff holdings comprise over 220 hectares of undeveloped land at Kingscliff, Chinderah and Cudgen in the Tweed Shire, northern New South Wales, Australia.

The holdings are strategically located at the gateway to the Tweed Coast, near the hub of the Shire’s main roads, at the junction of Tweed Coast Road and the Pacific Highway, and close to Kingscliff beach.

Gales-Kingscliff holdings, indicated in pink, is located:

  1. At the junction of Tweed Coast Road and the Pacific Highway
  2. 200 metres west of Kingscliff Beach at the north-east and southern holdings
  3. Adjoining the Kingscliff commercial area
  4. 12 minutes by car south from Gold Coast / Coolangatta Airport
  5. 1hr 20 minute flight from Sydney to Gold Coast / Coolangatta Airport
  6. 35 minutes south by car to Byron Bay


The Vision of Gales-Kingscliff

Gales vision for its landholding focuses on a balanced approach to developing a range of civic, commercial, retail, residential, recreational and environmental projects.

Gales land has been identified for:

  1. Highest density residential development on the Tweed Coast
  2. District shopping and bulky goods centre at Chinderah
  3. Regional sports fields
  4. Critical habitat areas
  5. Regionally significant sand resource
  6. Direct road access to Kingscliff
  7. Critical flood emergency exit from Chinderah
