Kingscliff Sands, located on Altona Road, began operations in April 2020, extended in April 2021 with the addition of a CDE Sand Wash Plant producing high quality washed sand and allowing Kingscliff Sands to provide products for local and wider needs.

The sand is excellent quality and highly regarded for many uses including concrete sand, landscaping, golf courses, sports ovals and specialised applications.
