KINGSCOAST
Situated on the west side of Kingscliff along Tweed Coast Road, Kingscoast was developed by Intrapac Properties comprising 110 spacious residential lots. Civil works were undertaken by Shadforth Civil and were completed at the end of 2024.
Design-approved houses are continuing to be constructed throughout 2026.
