Situated on the west side of Kingscliff along Tweed Coast Road, Kingscoast has been developed by Intrapac Properties. Civil works undertaken by Shadforth Civil will be completed by the end of 2024. The residential subdivision comprises 110 lots ranging in size from 450-580sqm.

Subdivision and registration of tiles has occurred throughout 2024 and design-approved houses are currently being constructed.
