Situated on the west side of Kingscliff along Tweed Coast Road, Kingscoast is being developed by Intrapac Properties with civil works undertaken by Shadforth Civil. The residential subdivision comprises 110 spacious lots ranging in size from 450-580sqm.

Subdivision and registration of tiles will occur throughout 2024 following which design-approved houses will be built after that.
